    Living Compassion in Challenging Times

    (6 Session Course)

    Robert Gonzales

    Multi-session Course · 7 - 9 hours · 04/19/2023

Self-compassion is essential for healing trauma and restoring your wholeness. It is also an antidote to reactivity and separation, allowing presence to emerge.

In developing presence, you can become what the world needs most in these times of intensity and chaos. This work can strengthen your skills to be more fully in relationship with all that life offers while allowing your heart to be moved by what is alive in you and with others

  2. Living the Fullness of Life

    Living the Fullness of Life

    (9 Session Course)

    Robert Gonzales

    Multi-session Course · 14 - 18 hours · 03/17/2019

How do we live each and every day from the “living energy of needs” – with the unimpeded fullness of life’s energies flowing through us, regardless of the conflicts or life circumstances we may be experiencing? Through developing deep self-compassion. How can we experience our inner world from a place of utter and total compassion? When we practice compassionate self-care, we create an inner spaciousness that allows our life’s energies to flow. In that spaciousness both healing and inner transformation occurs. Robert’s work explores the interweaving of two co-intentions—to live life from the fullness of the “beauty of needs” and to approach every experience with deep compassion.

  7. Focusing On What You Want

    Focusing On What You Want

    Mary Mackenzie

    Trainer Tips · 1 - 2 minutes · 6/10/2023

Trainer Tip: It can be more productive and satisfying to focus on what we want than on what we don’t have or don’t like. What will help rectify the situation? What would you like someone to do now or next time? This can eliminate much of the emotional pain caused by berating yourself or others. The moment your focus is on what is wrong with your life or what's lacking, take a moment to shift it to what you want.

  8. Becoming Regenerative

    Becoming Regenerative

    John Kinyon

    Trainer Tips · 3 - 4 minutes · 1/29/2023

The regeneration movement employs practices for healing our planet from damage, and boosting Earth sustainability. Environmental and social degradation is deeply connected -- as it comes from the same extractive, exploitive mindset of economic and related systems. Connecting with universal consciousness and needs underlying conflicts, we connect with commonality of all planetary life. This helps tap new abilities for working together. This can contain power to regenerate and heal ourselves and Earth.

  9. Mediating with a Group

    Mediating with a Group

    Mary Mackenzie

    Trainer Tips · 1 - 2 minutes · 7/29/2019

Trainer Tip: People struggle to come to agreement when they don’t feel heard. So as a mediator, facilitate the process by asking all parties to reflect the essence of what's important to other parties. This is critical. Once everyone is confident that their needs have been heard, you'll notice the energy in the room relaxing. Then you can brainstorm strategies that will value everyone’s needs, and are focused on what they want to happen.

  10. Staying Present in the Face of Conflict
